More Than Conquerors in Christ.

“He who holds the seven stars in His right hand, who walks in the midst of the seven golden lampstands” Revelation 2:1 NKJV
In the Revelation given to John on the island of Patmos, Christ reveals that He is the One who holds His churches in His right hand.
What is the right hand of Christ?
It is the anthropomorphic (in the form of man) way of revealing God’s omnipotence.
The church of Jesus Christ is held in the omnipotence of God by the Head of the Church, even Jesus Christ.
He is the one who walks in the midst of His church and preserves it by His infinite power.
We walk before Him in weakness, but He sustains us by His power and the gates of Hell cannot touch the apple of His eye – His church – His holy bride.
If He died for His Church; will He not preserve and sanctify her?
He tells her to flee from her immorality – “I know your deeds.” What is hidden from His eyes that He cannot see?
“Repent” is his message to His churches. Return to your first love – for I am the lover of your souls.
Return to the first works of your heart in repentance or I will remove your lampstand.
How many churches have turned away from Jesus Christ. He will not tarry with them for long before He abandons them. He abandons them because they have abandoned Him!
Over and over He declares to His church, “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” Revelation 2:7,11 NKJV
“To him who overcomes [by faith] I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God.” Revelation 2:7 NKJV
The immortal tree of life – that emblem of everlasting life that was in the Garden of Eden is the same emblem that resides in substance and reality in heaven.
And we shall dwell with Him, the Lamb that was slain, in His dwelling place forever, if we overcome by faith the battles of this life.
He who overcomes by faith, will not be hurt in the final judgment, for the Lamb of God has born that judgment for him already at the cross.
“He who overcomes shall not be hurt by the second death.” Revelation 2:11 NKJV
Amen!
